We can correct factual errors on our pages quickly. Ratings themselves come from the CQC; if you believe a rating is wrong, that is a matter for the CQC, but tell us and we will note it and point to your response.
If you are a registered manager or provider, you are welcome to send a short factual response to a rating shown on your page and we will consider publishing it alongside the rating.
