CareRadar publishes Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings for care homes, GP practices, dentists, hospitals, homecare agencies and hospices across England, in a form that is quick to search and easy to understand.
We keep our own record of every rating over time, so each service has a full rating history and we can tell you the moment a rating changes. You can follow a single care home, or a whole town, and get an email when something moves.
Ratings, inspection dates and report findings come from the CQC under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We add geography (towns and areas), change tracking and plain-English explanations. We are independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the CQC.
We never editorialise about a named provider. We report the rating, the date it was given, and CQC's own words, with a link to the full report. Ratings reflect an inspection at a point in time and a service may have changed since, so they should be combined with your own visits and professional advice.
